PPCC’s 111.6 hectares of open and futuristic urban district space will create opportunities for local and international businesses in the financial, retail, commercial, residential, hospitality, education, medical and entertainment sectors. Its public areas will feature the newest architectural buildings – with towers ranging from 20m to 150m – and will bring modern city conveniences into Cambodia, such as multiple entry points and international-standard traffic and drainage systems.

CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT

The Central Business District is located along the Central Boulevard and extends outward to the southeast. All leading banking institutions are expected to be located here including multinational corporate headquarters, international brands and key business operations. The CBD can be accessed from the south via the Russian Boulevard and from the east through Monivong Boulevard. This high density zone will be Phnom Penh first and only CBD.

MIXED USE DEVELOPMENTS

Mixed uses are precincts and plots zoned for lower density development uses, and are for development other than offices. Key uses for this area will be retailing businesses, Shopping Centers, Hotels, Universities, Hospitals, Recreations, Service Apartments, Showrooms, etc. The land uses here will support the high density Central Business District by providing the supporting functions a modern city will require.

RESIDENTIAL ZONES

Residential zoning are earmarked for low mix development and are exclusively used for the development of residential dwellings such as villas, twin villas, town houses, terrace houses and other residential uses. They are exclusively placed within the Phnom Penh City Center to be close to conveniences and yet far enough from the busy bustling Central Business District. 

These exclusively designed units are developed to bring in to Phnom Penh the latest in gated and guarded concepts, modern, efficient with environmentally friendly features and international grade architecture complete with lush landscapes.

RETAIL

INFRASTRUCTURE

PPCC is an integrated township – unlike existing developments in Cambodia – and is focused on setting up comprehensive infrastructure systems. PPCC will deploy an underground cabling system that will house all utility services away from the public eye while ensuring hassle-free maintenance. A comprehensive drainage system is also being developed to mitigate flooding in the future.
