Phnom Penh, June 21 2018 – Eden Garden, Phnom Penh’s first 24-hour entertainment and leisure venue, was officially unveiled today in the heart of Phnom Penh City Center, one of the capital’s most ambitious developments.

Eden Garden features 26 merchants, with local brands such as Legend Cinema and Epic nightclub alongside internationally famous offerings including Koi The, Starbucks, and S&P.

Eden Garden will offer something for everyone throughout the day – from early morning coffee, to browsing Cambodian arts and crafts after lunch, all the way through to the latest movies and best DJs late into the night.

The leisure hub is designed to appeal to local visitors and tourists alike, according to PPCC Director Alex Lau.

“We want Eden Garden to be the next iconic tourist destination here in this amazing city. We therefore needed to have a design that was truly unique, and so our focus on canopy-covered green outside spaces and dynamic colorful night-time lighting was intended to make Eden Garden an attraction both day and night.”

The 2 hectare plot features extensive garden landscaping and plenty of car parking intended to ensure that every visit is pleasurable and stress free.

“Our intention is for our customers to see Eden Garden as an oasis, where they can come to have a drink or a meal and unwind, relax and forget about their hectic work or life schedules,” explained Faz Ghotbi, director of Eden Garden.

Located within the Phnom Penh City Center (PPCC) development, in the heart of Phnom Penh, Eden Garden is intended to offer the perfect lifestyle experience to locals and visitors of all ages.

The 111-hectare PPCC is a mixed-use development with a strong focus on best-practice urban planning principles. Encompassing residential, office, leisure, F&B and educational facilities, PPCC’s goal is to become the centerpiece of Phnom Penh’s ongoing development.

The award-winning Residence 90 residential development recently welcomed its first homeowners, and the Singapore Cambodia International Academy, located within the One Park development, is on track to open at the beginning of the new school year in August.

As the PPCC development grows, it is expected to become one of the capital’s pivotal neighbourhoods bringing modern infrastructure and enhanced connectivity with surrounding districts.
